Philip M. Sadler

Philip M. Sadler Principal Investigator, Francis W. Wright Senior Lecturer in the Department of Astronomy and Director of the Science Education Department, Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics, oversees the project and is responsible for overall quality.

Mary Liscombe

Mary Liscombe Co-Investigator, is the Associate Director of the McAuliffe/ Challenger Learning Center. She supervises associate flight directors, manages all phases of the MCLC's missions, and leads professional development seminars. She serves as liaison to the national and regional Challenger Centers, and is co-director of the Leadership Institutes.

R. Bruce Ward

R. Bruce Ward Project Manager, co-directs the Leadership Institutes, and coordinates all phases of the evaluation with the external evaluator. Ward is a science educator and instructor of astronomy. His extensive teaching background includes experience with middle school to graduate level students. He has led numerous professional development institutes for pre-service and practicing teachers.

Cheryl Casper

Cheryl Casper of Casper Associates, Inc., serves as external evaluator to Project SEDNet. She has conducted formative and summative evaluations for a diverse range of professional development projects.

Judith Peritz

Judith Peritz coordinates the Summer Leadership Institutes. She is experienced as both a classroom teacher and project outreach coordinator.

Bruce Mattson

Bruce Mattson Science and Technology Specialist at the McAuliffe Challenger Center, serves as the webmaster for the SEDNet project. Bruce has lead many ARIES Teacher Workshops for in-service and pre-service teachers.

Ray Griffin

Ray Griffin Director of the McAuliffe Challenger Center at Framingham State College.
